Incident Summary:

04/24/2014: Assailants launched two rocket propelled grenades and opened fire on a police outpost in Shibam town, Hadramawt governorate, Yemen. Two police officers were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
