04/28/2014: Multiple explosive devices detonated at a government high school in Navratnapur village, Lakhisarai district, Bihar state, India. The school had previously been used as a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp. There were no reported casualties; however, the school building collapsed in the blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
