04/28/2014: Assailants set fire to an Ecopetrol supply caravan in Norte de Santander, Colombia. There were no reported casualties; however, 12 vehicles and several pieces of heavy machinery were damaged in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Heroes of Catatumbo Front of the National Liberation Army (ELN).
