Incident Summary:

04/30/2014: An explosive device detonated near an Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) polling center in Yarmuk neighborhood, Mosul city, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. At least three civilians were injured in the blast. This was one of two bombings targeting polling centers in Mosul on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the attacks.
