04/30/2014: A suicide bomber detonated near an Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) polling center in Baiji city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least four people were killed and 18 others were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
