Incident Summary:

04/30/2014: An explosive device detonated near Iraqi Police Service (IPS) officers in Ishaqi town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. At least three officers were killed in the blast. This was one of two bombings in Ishaqi on the same day; this explosion was designed to target a crowd that had gathered in response to an earlier blast. No group claimed responsibility for the attacks.
