05/11/2014: Assailants attacked military positions near Bentiu town, Unity state, South Sudan. Twenty-seven assailants were killed as government forces repulsed the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO).
