Incident Summary:

05/20/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated at Terminus Market in Jos city, Plateau state, Nigeria. This was one of two coordinated blasts in the same area within a short period of time; this first explosion was designed to draw emergency responders that were targeted in a later explosion. At least 118 people were killed and 45 people were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources suspect that Boko Haram was involved.
