05/22/2014: Assailants launched a mortar shell near a presidential election rally for President Bashar al-Assad in Daraa city, Daraa governorate, Syria. At least 37 people were killed and 24 others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Free Syrian Army.
