05/28/2014: Assailants threw grenades and opened fire on civilians at Notre Dame de Fatima Church in Bangui city, Bangui prefecture, Central African Republic. At least 30 people were killed and an unknown number were wounded in the assault. Additionally, at least 27 people were abducted; their whereabouts are unknown. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Selekas.
