05/28/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the federal police headquarters in Thaljah area, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least two soldiers and one police officer were killed and an unknown number of people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
