Incident Summary:

05/29/2014: A roadside bomb detonated prematurely as assailants were planting it in Helmand province, Afghanistan. This was one of three related attacks that occurred in Helmand on the same day. Nine assailants were killed across the three blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, an Afghan military official attributed the attempted attacks to the Taliban.
