Incident Summary:

05/30/2014: Assailants abducted four Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) election monitors and a translator in Sievierodonetsk city, Luhansk oblast, Ukraine. The four OSCE monitors were released on June 28, 2014; however, the fate of the translator is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abduction to the Luhansk People's Republic.
