Incident Summary:

07/04/2014: Assailants detonated explosive devices near an electricity pylon in Wye area, Paraguay. There were no casualties in the attack; however, the pylon collapsed as a result of the explosion. This was one of two pylons attacked in this area on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Paraguayan People's Army (EPP).
