08/08/2014: Assailants stormed a police training school and attempted to gain control of it in Liman Kara town, Borno state, Nigeria. It is unknown if there were any casualties resulting from the attack; however, police forces were successful in repelling the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
