Incident Summary:

08/11/2014: At least one suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden tank targeting Peshmerga forces in Hay al-Suq area, Jalula town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least 10 Peshmerga members were killed and 80 members were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
