Incident Summary:

08/18/2014: Assailants launched mortars and rockets at a refugee convoy near Novosvitlivka town, Luhansk oblast, Ukraine. At least 17 people were killed and six others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Luhansk People's Republic, who denied involvement.
