09/09/2014: Assailants ambushed a police convoy in Thawaitangkhul village, Manipur state, India. Two police officers were wounded in the attack. This was one of two attacks on convoys in Manipur on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) was involved.
