09/16/2014: An explosive device detonated against a civilian vehicle in Taghlit, Kidal, Mali. Two people were killed and four people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM).
