09/30/2014: Assailants opened fire on soldiers outside of a church in Datu Piang city, Maguindanao province, Philippines. Two soldiers were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM).
