10/01/2014: Assailants attacked an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Bambari city, Ouaka prefecture, Central African Republic. Fourteen civilians were killed and several other people were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Fulani militants.

Criteria 1
