11/09/2014: An explosive device detonated near a karaoke bar and massage parlor in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. No casualties were reported in the blast. This was one of two coordinated incidents in Zamboanga City on this day; the second attack targeted responding police officers. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
