11/19/2014: Assailants threw an explosive device that detonated near an Indian Police Service (IPS) outpost in Rongram village, Meghalaya state, India. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the attack to the Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA).
