11/20/2014: Assailants kidnapped Celso B. Villarin, a former New People's Army (NPA) member, in San Isidro barangay, Calasagan area, Davao Oriental province, Philippines. Villarin's body was found on January 26, 2015. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abduction to the New People's Army (NPA).
