11/26/2014: Assailants abducted 16 port customs workers from their vehicle in Dashti Archi district, Kunduz province, Afghanistan. Seven workers were released on December 11, 2014, while two more were released on December 28, 2014; the whereabouts of the others remain unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the kidnapping; however, sources attributed the incident to the Taliban.
