12/01/2014: Assailants raided Konduga city, Borno state, Nigeria. At least one soldier and 50 assailants were killed in the ensuing clash. Four members of the civilian vigilante group were also reported missing following the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
