12/21/2014: Assailants attacked cigarette outlets in Derna city, Derna district, Libya. It is unknown if there were any injuries in the incident; however, cigarettes were confiscated and destroyed. The Barqa Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident and warned people not to sell cigarettes.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
