Incident Summary:

01/22/2015: Assailants fired a mortar at a trolley in Leninsky neighborhood, Donetsk city, Donetsk oblast, Ukraine. At least 13 people were killed and 20 were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed it to the Donetsk People's Republic. The Donetsk People's Republic blamed the attack on "pro-government saboteurs."
