Incident Summary:

01/25/2015: Assailants abducted Armel Ningatoloum Sayo from Bangui city, Bangui prefecture, Central African Republic. Sayo, the minister for sport and young people and a former rebel leader, was released on February 11, 2015. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the Anti-Balaka Militia. The Anti-Balaka Militia denied responsibility for the abduction.
