Incident Summary:

01/28/2015: Assailants attempted to abduct 15 university students on Andkhoy-Jowzjan highway in Khani Chahar Bagh, Faryab province, Afghanistan. Two assailants were killed and four people, including three assailants and a police officer, were wounded in the ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
