02/06/2015: Assailants detonated an explosive device targeting the convoy of Mohammed Awad Jabar in Razih area, Saada governorate, Yemen. Although Jabar, the governor of Saada, was unharmed, a civilian was injured in the blast. Ansar al-Sharia, a sub-group of Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
