Incident Summary:
02/24/2015: A suicide bomber detonated in Jisr Diyala neighborhood, Baghdad, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated blasts in the area in a short period of time; this first explosion was designed to draw responders that were targeted in a later explosion. In addition to the assailant, at least 22 people were killed and 51 people were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1
