Incident Summary:

03/21/2015: An explosive device detonated as assailants were planting it in the car park of a local council in Ibrahimiyah city, Al Sharqia governorate, Egypt. Two assailants were killed and one was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police attributed the attack to the Muslim Brotherhood.
