Incident Summary:

03/31/2015: Assailants opened fire on Christian Vibares, a police officer, in New Moriones village, Camarines Sur province, Philippines. An assailant was killed and Vibares and another assailant were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
