04/05/2015: An explosive device detonated as authorities were attempting to defuse it at a Nowruz Celebration in Rustaq district, Takhar province, Afghanistan. At least two people, the National Directorate of Security (NDS) district chief and an Afghan Police chief, were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
