05/26/2015: Assailants stopped the vehicle of Namkut Pame in Tamenglong district, Manipur state, India. Pame, a worker for an Indian National Congress (INC) candidate, was abducted and held in a house to prevent him from participating in the election. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).
