05/28/2015: Assailants attempted to abduct Abdulghani Jamil, the Sanaa governor, from Sanaa city, Amanat Al Asimah governorate, Yemen. Jamil and his nephew were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Huthis.
