Incident Summary:

06/02/2015: Assailants opened fire on the guesthouse of People in Need (PIN) employees in Zari district, Balkh province, Afghanistan. Nine people, including seven employees and two security guards, were killed in the gunfire. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban and the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU).
