Incident Summary:

06/08/2015: An assailant attempted to set fire to the Federal Chancellery in Berlin, Germany. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of eight related arson attacks from August 2014 – July 2015. The German Resistance Movement claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that "multicultural, multiethnic, multi-religious and multi-historical population constellation" will "disrupt and Balkanise the country." The perpetrator, Ralph K., confessed to the series of arsons.
