06/09/2015: Assailants fired rocket-propelled grenades at a police vehicle in Arish, North Sinai governorate, Egypt. At least two officers were wounded in the attack. This was one of two related incidents in Arish on this date; the police officers were on their way to an earlier attack on the house of a police officer. The Sinai Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incidents.
