Incident Summary:

07/07/2015: Assailants detonated explosives and stormed a residential compound in Soko Mbuzi area, Mandera city, Mandera county, Kenya. At least 14 people were killed and 11 people were injured during the raid. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for the deaths of Muslims in Kenyan military operations.
