Incident Summary:
07/16/2015: An explosive device detonated in a market in Gombe city, Gombe state, Nigeria. This was one of two bombings that occurred within a few minutes in the city. At least 50 people were killed and 31 people were injured across both blasts. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources atributed the attacks to Boko Haram.
