Incident Summary:

08/02/2015: Assailants attempted to plant explosive devices at an oil pipeline in Alto de la Pava village, Saravena municipality, Arauca department, Colombia. Soldiers discovered the assailants and a clash ensued. At least two soldiers were killed and two others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
