Incident Summary:

08/11/2015: Assailants abducted 12 members of the Hazara Shia community from two vehicles in Qarabagh district, Ghazni province, Afghanistan. Two hostages were released were released shortly after the abduction; the remaining 10 hostages were released on August 15, 2015. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abduction to the Taliban, which denied involvement.
