08/21/2015: Assailants attacked military forces west of Ramadi, Al Anbar, Iraq. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area on the same day. At least 50 soldiers were killed across both assaults. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
