Incident Summary:

08/25/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting soldiers and volunteer fighters southeast of Ramadi city, Al Anbar, Iraq. In addition to the assailant, 13 security force members were killed and seven members were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.
