09/11/2015: Assailants opened fire on police personnel at a cafe in Diyarbakir city, Diyarbakir province, Turkey. At least one civilian was killed and three police officers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
