Incident Summary:
09/19/2015: Assailants launched missiles at a shopping mall in Taizz city, Taizz governorate, Yemen. This was one of three coordinated attacks in Taizz of the same day. Fifteen people were killed and at least 24 people were wounded across attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Huthis.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
