09/25/2015: Assailants detonated explosive devices and opened fire on the State Security Service (SSS) headquarters along Hassan Katsina Road in Lokoja district, Kogi state, Nigeria. At least four people, including one police officer and three assailants, were killed and 30 inmates escaped during the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Boko Haram.
