Incident Summary:

09/28/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and assailants fired mortars at a joint security base in Garma, Al Anbar, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least seven soldiers and militia members were killed and 10 security force members were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
